Mental Health Awareness Week

Did you know October has a special week dedicated to mental health awareness? Running from Sunday 9th to Saturday 15th October, Mental Health Week seeks to educate, engage and provide a deeper understanding to Victorians about mental health. The week is planned with events happening across the state, including community festivals, art exhibitions, music, theatre and seminars. To see events happening in your area, check out this website.
