About me:

Having worked in private practice, community health, judicial and correctional settings, I’ve met and worked with a diverse range of people. This, I believe has not only enhanced my skills as a psychologist, but also my qualities as a fellow human being who is on this journey called ‘life’ alongside you.

I’m genuinely curious about you, your story, your experiences and your strengths. My goal is to help you build awareness and guide you through hardship so that you can thrive and live a rich, fulfilling life.

How I will help you:

Genuine compassion.

How I help will depend on a few factors such as the issue being addressed, how far we are in therapy and the therapeutic relationship. This means that sometimes I can be directive and encourage you to do things, and other times it means simply listening to and guiding you. My aim is to help you navigate through life using a variety of strategies and facilitate individual change in a safe environment. No matter what, I will always be genuine and compassionate.

We do it together.

My three favourite things:

  • Travelling the world
  • Eating and cooking wholesome food
  • Nature: smelling rain on fresh earth, watching the sunset, listening to the sound of water, sitting in the sunshine.
