I use a combination of CBT, ACT, and schema therapy to help clients achieve their goals. My approach to therapy is tailored to each individual client, drawing on a variety of evidence-based techniques to help them overcome their unique challenges and achieve their goals.

I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including different cultures, religions, and sexual orientations. I believe that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling life, and I am committed to helping my clients achieve their full potential. I have experience working with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and personality disorders.
