About me:

Through my extensive experience in both school and private practice settings, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse clients spanning all stages of life, including individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community, various cultural, linguistic, and religious backgrounds, as well as
neurodiverse individuals.

My passion lies in working with adolescent and adult populations, supporting each client in realising their full potential and leading more fulfilling lives aligned with their unique values. I strive to be adaptable and considered in my therapeutic approach, embracing a collaborative approach that empowers clients to actively participate in decision-making processes and promotes their autonomy. Within my practice I have a keen interest in supporting and working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

How I will help you:

I strive to create a warm, inclusive, and non-judgemental space to connect with clients of all cultures, ages, genders, and sexualities. Recognising the importance of building a strong rapport, initial sessions will focus on implementing a client-centred approach to develop a greater understanding of your own specific needs and personal life experiences. Through a gentle and compassionate framework, we will begin addressing personal challenges and implementing evidence-based intervention strategies. Embracing both the light and shade of life, a shared sense of humour is always welcomed throughout this therapeutic process.

Within these sessions collaboration is key in working together to achieve greater insight, foster acceptance, and cultivate flexibility in your current behavioural patterns in pursuit of living a more meaningful life in alignment with your personal values.

My three favourite things:

1. Live music
2. Sharing quality time and delicious food with friends and family
3. Talking non-stop about my puppy Daisy
