About me:

I’m a passionate psychologist with seven years of experience, dedicated to understanding the intricate workings of the human mind and helping individuals lead fulfilling and mentally healthy lives. My journey in psychology began with a fascination for the complexities of human behaviour and emotions, which eventually led me to pursue a Master’s in Health Psychology in New Zealand. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience working with people of diverse ethnic backgrounds, and I’ve worked in different settings including private practice, hospitals, health and rehabilitation, and insurance organisations covering injuries.

How I will help you:

We can all find ourselves struggling emotionally from time to time. I take a holistic view of your mental and physical health. My approach to therapy is non-judgmental, collaborative and compassionate. I offer evidence-based therapy to help you find a positive way forward.

My three favourite things:

  1. I love travelling the world
  2. Hiking
  3. Fur babies
