About me:

I have had experience working across the lifespan within both rural and metropolitan regions, with particular interest and focus on working with children, adolescents and young adults in both not-for-profit community-based and private practice settings. I place importance in the therapeutic relationship from the initial session and believe in building trust and a secure foundation with my clients during therapy. I enjoy taking the time to get to know my clients, to connect with them, and look forward to building the synergy with them during sessions. I acknowledge the deeply personal and unique ways in which their circumstances and vulnerabilities influence their path to healing. I aim to work with my clients to celebrate the small, though significant wins in their lives.

Navigating the complexities of human behaviour whilst recognising and validating the unique experiences and emotions of each individual, coupled with a strong emphasis on empathy and understanding, allows me to create a safe, supportive and healing environment for my clients. With a holistic approach to mental health, my clients receive support tailored to their unique needs, empowering them to overcome challenges and thrive in their lives. I am dedicated to fostering a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship with each client, helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful growth and healing along their journey.
