About me:

I have 20 years experience as a Clinical Psychologist, and a decade or so supervising student psychologists.
I started in NSW Health in various Clinical Psychology settings, mostly with adults and adolescents. I am experienced working with a range of issues including anxiety and depression, trauma and PTSD, ED and sexual issues, gender dysphoria, relationships, chronic pain and health issues, loss and grief, higher functioning ASD and ADHD.
I practice therapy using evidence based approaches, grounded in compassion, empathy, and a non-judgemental stance.

How I will help you:

I hope to help you find confidence in yourself, and to help you define and achieve your goals.

I hope to help you find your ‘inner coach’ in all the noise generated by anxieties and the ‘inner critic’.
Often this involves improving your relationship with your thoughts and feelings, ultimately improving your relationship with yourself and others.
Neuroplasticity reminds us that our brain can adapt and grow in response to experiences and even injuries. Therapy is often about gently supporting you on that journey – with empathy for human struggles whilst respecting our potential for growth.

My three favourite things:

  1.  I enjoy surfing
  2.  Being a musician, I’m enjoying learning audio engineering
  3.  I am currently enjoying a humbling return to yoga, after years away from it
