About me:
I have worked across a range of clinical settings, including university, private practice, and community mental health contexts, supporting adolescents and adults navigating complex mental health challenges. I have also been part of research teams across several universities and completed a PhD exploring adolescent mental health stigma. In my clinical practice, I draw from different evidence-based treatment modalities, which I tailor to suit the people I work with.
How I will help you:
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and genuine, attentive to each individual’s needs. I am dedicated to creating an open, reflective space where we can build an authentic connection. It’s important to me that you feel safe and supported as we explore your unique experiences and difficulties. I’ll work alongside you with curiosity to uncover underlying patterns. These insights will guide us in navigating challenges and fostering meaningful change in your life. For me, meaningful change includes not just symptom reduction but actively living a life aligned with your values.
My three favourite things:
-
Eating delicious food. A personal favourite is gorgonzola gnocchi!
-
Curling up on the couch and bingeing a good book or show.
-
Connecting with loved ones over a meal, a bushwalk, or a board game.
