About me:

I have experience working across public health, public mental health, community, and private practice settings, with a strong passion for supporting adults from diverse backgrounds. In addition to private practice, I work in a public multidisciplinary community health service, assisting adults with complex medical and mental health concerns. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, adult ADHD, and chronic pain.

How I will help you:

I strive to create a warm, empowering, and non-judgemental space where you feel heard and supported. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, goals, and values. Together, we will work towards building self-awareness, developing practical coping strategies, and improving overall well-being. I bring empathy, curiosity, and evidence-based techniques to help you navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change so you can live a richer and more fulfilling life.

My three favourite things:

  1. Spending time with my loved ones and my dog, Lenny.
  2. Travelling – Exploring new places and trying different cuisines.
  3. Pilates, camping, and immersing myself in nature.
