About me:

I have had experience working across all ages and various backgrounds within not for profit, education and private practice based settings. While I aim to utilise evidence based practice such as ACT, CBT, Schema and mindfulness based intervention I am mindful that each client is unique, and I will tailor my approach based on this. I am passionate about working in a way that is sensitive to the client, meeting them where they are at, while also acknowledging their experiences, relationships and background.

How I will help you:

The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of therapy and having a warm and compassionate approach is something I believe helps you, the client, feel safe, heard and understood. I will continue to endeavour to respect and prioritise this in our sessions.
If I can understand more about you, I can help you, and this curiosity will allow us to work together to move forward through what has been challenging in life.

My three favourite things:

1. Nature, be it walking through a local park, or floating in the ocean
2. Travel, whether it’s a day trip to the beach or on the other side of the world
3. Finding cool, interesting (most importantly delicious!) restaurants to try in Melbourne
