About me:
I am a registered Psychologist (AHPRA) with a strong desire to learn about my clients’ experiences and passion to improve their wellbeing. I have experience working with adults in the community with mental health concerns. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy. I focus on building safety and trust to allow my clients to feel comfortable sharing their difficulties and vulnerabilities. I aim to work collaboratively with you to support you in achieving your goals. I am dedicated to using a holistic approach that focuses on mind body and soul.

I aim to provide a warm non-judgemental space to all my clients. Our work together in therapy will explore your current goals, mindset and behaviours to develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Through this exploration you will discover clarity and improved mental wellbeing. Our working relationship will focus on your strengths and making small intentional changes that are achievable for you. I will teach you skills that are tailored to your individual needs to manage your mood.
