            Why it matters
Your brain doesn’t always distinguish between imagined experiences and real ones. That means visualization can be a powerful way to shift your internal state—especially when your thoughts are stuck in loops of stress, worry, or fear.
How to practice:
- Find a quiet, comfortable space
 - Optional: Play a soft meditation soundtrack
 - Close your eyes and focus on positive, calming images (a safe place, a happy memory, nature)
 - Breathe slowly and deeply as you visualize
 - Continue for 10 minutes
 
Think of this as a mini-vacation for your nervous system—no passport needed.
