Vani Mantha
About me
Hi, I’m Vani. I’ve worked across private practice, community health, and correctional settings, meeting a diverse range of people and learning from each of them. This journey has deepened both my skills as a psychologist and my understanding of life as a shared human experience. I’m genuinely curious about your story, your experiences, and your strengths, and I’m here to support you in building awareness and navigating life’s challenges so you can thrive.
How I will help you
My approach is grounded in genuine compassion and flexibility. Depending on where we are in therapy and what you need, I may offer guidance and practical strategies or simply provide a safe, listening space. Together, we’ll work through challenges such as life transitions, stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, and questions of meaning and identity. I aim to support you in creating positive change that feels authentic and lasting, always moving at a pace that suits you.
When I’m not working
I love travelling the world, cooking and eating wholesome food, and soaking up nature — whether that’s smelling fresh rain, watching sunsets, or listening to the sound of water.

You do not need a referral to see a Psychologist at Seed Psychology. However, if you’d like to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP. With a MHCP, you may be eligible for rebates on up to 10 sessions per calendar year. These sessions can be used at any psychology clinic of your choice. To access Medicare psychology rebates, book an appointment with your GP and ask for a Mental Health Care Plan. Most referrals begin with 6 sessions, with the option to access 4 more after a review. Referrals can also be provided by a psychiatrist or paediatrician.
