About me

Hi, I’m Savanti — a Psychologist with experience supporting people across all ages and backgrounds in not-for-profit, education, and private practice settings. I’m passionate about helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and cultural identity concerns. I draw on evidence-based approaches like ACT, CBT, Schema Therapy, and mindfulness, but I always tailor therapy to suit your unique experiences and values. For me, it’s about meeting you where you’re at — with warmth, curiosity, and respect.

How I will help you

I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful work. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood — a space where you can begin to explore what’s been difficult and start moving toward what feels more aligned and fulfilling. Together, we’ll build insight and strategies that reflect who you are and what matters most to you, working gently but intentionally through life’s challenges.

When I’m not working

You’ll often find me soaking up nature — walking through local parks or floating in the ocean. I love travelling, whether it’s a beach day trip or something further afield, and I’m always on the hunt for a delicious new restaurant around Melbourne.

  • You do not need a referral to see a Psychologist at Seed Psychology. However, if you’d like to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP. With a MHCP, you may be eligible for rebates on up to 10 sessions per calendar year. These sessions can be used at any psychology clinic of your choice. To access Medicare psychology rebates, book an appointment with your GP and ask for a Mental Health Care Plan. Most referrals begin with 6 sessions, with the option to access 4 more after a review. Referrals can also be provided by a psychiatrist or paediatrician.

  • Our client care team will support you through every step of getting started. They’ll take the time to understand your needs and preferences, then thoughtfully match you with a psychologist whose approach and availability align with what you’re looking for.

When matching you with a Psychologist, we consider:

    • The reason you’re seeking therapy
    • Your availability and preferred session times
    • Whether you’d like to attend in person or online
    • The therapeutic approaches most suited to your needs
    • Any other preferences you share with us
  • We understand that finding the right fit is important. Building a strong relationship with your psychologist can take time, but if at any point you feel the connection isn’t quite right, we’ll support you in transferring to someone new. Your well-being is always our priority.

  • Our experienced team of Psychologists offers warm, evidence-based support that’s collaborative, inclusive and grounded in genuine understanding. We provide individual, relationship or family therapy for a wide range of concerns. Additionally, we offer couples therapy, online therapy, psychological assessments (including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Assessments), and workshops.

  • If you have extras cover, private health insurance may provide rebates. Check your individual policy for coverage and claiming options.
