Angela Koukoulas
About me
Hi, I’m Angela. I bring over 20 years of experience working across the non-profit sector with children, adolescents, and families, as well as in adoption, foster care, AOD services, and financial services. I’ve also lectured at university and held senior roles in counselling and care services. Since 2015, I’ve been working in private practice, supporting adults with a warm, empathetic, and welcoming approach.
How I will help you
I’m passionate about helping adults navigate challenges related to ADHD, attachment patterns, anxiety, depression, and emotion regulation. I focus on how thoughts influence feelings and behaviours, supporting you to create meaningful change—big or small. Together, we’ll work to break negative patterns, embrace vulnerability, and foster personal growth and emotional wellbeing.
When I’m not working
I love walking my Mareema sheep dog, baking, and taking quiet time for myself—what I like to call having an “appointment with myself.”

You do not need a referral to see a Psychologist at Seed Psychology. However, if you’d like to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP. With a MHCP, you may be eligible for rebates on up to 10 sessions per calendar year. These sessions can be used at any psychology clinic of your choice. To access Medicare psychology rebates, book an appointment with your GP and ask for a Mental Health Care Plan. Most referrals begin with 6 sessions, with the option to access 4 more after a review. Referrals can also be provided by a psychiatrist or paediatrician.
