About me

Hi, I am Aleksandra – a registered Psychologist with experience in working in the private practice and disability sector across New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. I’ve always been fascinated by the complexity of human experience – the stories we carry, the challenges that shape us, and the moments that quietly transform our lives. My professional practice is informed by a blend of evidence-based psychological approaches and years of extensive training, and the insights I’ve gained from my own life journey.

How I will help you

I offer a warm, supportive, and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgement. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels authentic and personalised, so I work alongside you to better understand your challenges, build on your strengths, and develop meaningful strategies that support growth, healing, and lasting change.

When I’m not working

Beyond my work as a therapist, I find joy and balance through movement, creativity, and connection to nature. Yoga and contemporary dance are important parts of my life. I also love travelling and immersing myself in different cultures, experiences, and ways of seeing the world. When I need to recharge, nothing feels better than camping by the ocean and enjoying the sunshine.

Freqeuently asked questions

  • You do not need a referral to see a Psychologist at Seed Psychology. However, if you’d like to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP. With a MHCP, you may be eligible for rebates on up to 10 sessions per calendar year. These sessions can be used at any psychology clinic of your choice. To access Medicare psychology rebates, book an appointment with your GP and ask for a Mental Health Care Plan. Most referrals begin with 6 sessions, with the option to access 4 more after a review. Referrals can also be provided by a psychiatrist or paediatrician.

  • Our client care team will support you through every step of getting started. They’ll take the time to understand your needs and preferences, then thoughtfully match you with a psychologist whose approach and availability align with what you’re looking for.

When matching you with a Psychologist, we consider:

    • The reason you’re seeking therapy
    • Your availability and preferred session times
    • Whether you’d like to attend in person or online
    • The therapeutic approaches most suited to your needs
    • Any other preferences you share with us
  • We understand that finding the right fit is important. Building a strong relationship with your psychologist can take time, but if at any point you feel the connection isn’t quite right, we’ll support you in transferring to someone new. Your well-being is always our priority.

  • Our experienced team of Psychologists offers warm, evidence-based support that’s collaborative, inclusive and grounded in genuine understanding. We provide individual, relationship or family therapy for a wide range of concerns. Additionally, we offer couples therapy, online therapy, psychological assessments (including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Assessments), and workshops.

  • If you have extras cover, private health insurance may provide rebates. Check your individual policy for coverage and claiming options.
