SEED PSYCHOLOGY
"Our Team at Seed Psychology acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land on which we work, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to Elders past and present.”
Developed by Krafthaus Digital AgencyTelehealth Services During COVID-19
At Seed Psychology, the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and clients is our highest priority. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are updating some of our procedures in order to minimise the spread and impact of the virus.
We are committed to maintaining continuity of care during what is likely to be a period of heightened stress, uncertainty and social isolation. Our aim is to remain flexible and continue to provide support to our clients during this challenging time.
To this end, Seed Psychology is offering phone and video consultations in lieu of face-to-face consultations. Research indicates that psychological services delivered via telephone and videoconferencing platforms are just as effective as traditional face-to-face therapy.
Every stage of the process – from scheduling and attending appointments to payment – can be supported by our reception staff. For a limited time, phone and video sessions will be available at bulk billing rates to those under a Mental Health Care Plan.
We will continue to update our procedures in line with the latest advice from Medicare and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
Stay healthy and safe. Be kind to others. We’re in this together.
