A Letter from the Directors

Seed Psychology began almost two decades ago with a simple idea during our years working together in public mental health: that psychologists thrive when they feel genuinely supported, connected, and able to do meaningful work.

What stood out to us in public practice was the sense of a team-the daily collegiality, the chance to share ideas, and the support that came from not working in isolation. When we began Seed, we knew we wanted to carry those values into private practice. Too often, private work can feel isolating, and from the outset we set out to create something different: a practice where you feel part of a team while still enjoying the flexibility of private practice.

As Directors, we are committed to:

  • Providing a strong foundation of clinical and operational support, so you can focus on what you do best.
  • Honouring the values of collegiality, professional integrity, and authentic connection.
  • Offering flexibility and pathways to grow, whether you are early in your career or ready to deepen your expertise.
  • Building a culture that nurtures both client outcomes and clinician wellbeing.

Seed is more than a workplace-it’s a professional home where connection, growth, and purpose come together. If this resonates with you, we’d love you to be part of it.

Warm regards,

Kealey Worthen & Geeta Sitaram
