Over the past eight years, I have worked in a range of mental health roles across the private and public sectors. I have previously held positions at the Department of Education, the Royal Hobart Hospital, and other private practices. During this time I have supported many clients with a wide range of psychological issues and concerns. I also have experience conducting medicolegal assessments and preparing reports.
I have a particular interest in anxiety, trauma, family violence and women’s wellbeing.
How I will help you:
I am experienced at treating a wide range of mental health issues and I will work collaboratively with you to address your concerns and improve your wellbeing. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach, and will develop a tailored psychological treatment for you to best meet your needs.
In our earlier sessions, I will work with you to develop an understanding of your current issues. Where appropriate, I also consider the sociocultural and systemic factors that may be influencing your situation. After this initial process, we will review your treatment options before working together to make positive changes in your life.
