About me:

I have experience as a psychologist working with teams and their leaders, including work in recruitment and retention strategies, to developing performance programs, and later in coaching managers and executives. It was through one-on-one coaching work that I found my passion. I now express this passion through working with individuals and their families. I bring to my clinical practice a rich lived life, evidence based tools and strategies, and a zeal for helping individuals flourish.
