About me:
I graduated from a Masters of Clinical Psychology at Cairnmillar Institute and have experience working in both public and private settings as well as in both individual and group formats. I mainly work with young adults and adultss. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches to target therapy to fit you and your needs. I see myself as an ally to people from all backgrounds and communities and have an interest in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.
How I will help you:
I take a warm but straightforward approach with clients, aiming to create a non-judgemental and safe environment in which meaningful change can occur. I use evidence-based treatments to encourage growth and change and increase self-awareness. I see therapy as a space for us to build understanding and acceptance of yourself, helping you to make changes to live a fulfilling life.
My three favourite things:
- My golden retriever, Goose
- Spending time with family and friends
- Going to the beach (even better with the first two!)
