About me:

I graduated from a Masters of Clinical Psychology at Cairnmillar Institute and have experience working with clients across the lifespan in both public and private settings as well as in both individual and group formats. I have practiced in university clinics, private practice, and forensic and AOD settings. I mainly work with young adults and adults and have worked with clients from a wide range of cultural and social backgrounds.

How I will help you:

I take a warm but straightforward approach with clients, aiming to create a non-judgemental and safe environment in which meaningful change can occur. I use evidence-based treatments to encourage growth and change and increase self-awareness.

My three favourite things:

  • My golden retriever, Goose
  • Spending time with family and friends
  • Going to the beach (even better with the first two!)
