About me:

I truly believe I have the best job in the world because I get to meet so many wonderful people and help them find freedom from psychological struggles and live happier, more meaningful and vital lives. I have worked in a number of mental health roles that include the Department of Justice and private practice. Outside of psychology, I am a student of yoga and reiki.

I have a particular interest in anxiety, depression, neurodevelopmental disorders and the interplay between mind, body, spirit wellness. I have worked with children, youth and adults and have developed a sound understanding of how challenges develop over time.

Reaching out for help can be hard. I am warm and compassionate in my approach and ensure you feel understood and respected. I understand the establishment of a secure and trusting relationship is important in assisting you to create meaning and purpose in your life and achieve your goals.

Through a holistic approach, we will work together to step you into your authentic self and discover the path to a life with intention and purpose that is in alignment with your highest values. I want you to carve out time for the things you love, connecting with whatever inspires you and lights you up from the inside. I want you to feel a deep sense of peace and contentment no matter how busy life gets. We will achieve this through a tailored evidence-based treatment plan that goes at your pace and can be applied to your life outside of our sessions so you can really see change.
