Angelika Bastin-Popp - Clinical Psychologist

Angelika is a registered clinical psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society and Clinical College. Angelika has worked at St Vincent’s Hospital mental health service and has over 30 years of clinical experience in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of adults with a wide range of personal, emotional, interpersonal and mental health difficulties. Angelika has experience in treating clients with psychosis and working with families.
Angelika has a special interest in helping clients with anxiety disorders, emotion regulation disorder and Asperger’s Syndrome (adults only).
Angelika trained in Germany and migrated to Australia over 30 years ago. Her qualifications have been formally recognised by the Psychology Board of Australia and the Australian Psychological Society. Angelika is fluent in German.
Angelika assists clients with professionalism and compassion placing emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and using evidence-based psychological treatments including CBT (cognitive-behaviour therapy), DBT (dialectic behaviour therapy) and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy).
